Your yard greeting price includes:  complete phrase, tons of balloons and stars, age, several graphic images, delivery, setup and pick up.  We do not charge extra for graphics and will add as many as we are able to based on availability to make your greeting perfect!

MA state sales tax of 6.25% will be added to all invoices.

• DIY Rental - $95 plus tax
• Happy Birthday Greeting - $155 plus tax
• Say Anything, New Baby, Anniversary, Retirement, Graduation Greeting - $155 plus tax
• Light Up Grad Year Greeting - $250 plus tax
• Face Cutouts - $85 plus tax (2 week minimum lead time on orders)
• School Greetings - from $135
• Open House - from $125
• An additional phrase may be added for - $25 ($180)
• Additional days are $50 per day
• Deliveries out of our service area (if we are able to accommodate) may incur an additional $35 fee
• Same-day orders may incur a $25 fee.

Delivery/Set up/Pick up

​You can expect ​delivery and set up of your North Shore Yard Card anytime between 7pm-midnight the evening before your event/celebration.  NSYC will pickup the evening of your event after 6:00pm.  If weather is an issue NSYC may set up early morning the day of your event.

DIY OPTION

You can pick up your yard sign the day before your event and drop it off the day after.  We'll pull everything together for you and wrap it up nicely and include some tips and tricks for a smooth install!  Additional days will incur a $25 fee per day.

Payment

You will receive a Square invoice by email.  Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking.  We also accept Venmo at @chanelle-romano, personal checks and cash.  

Hazardous Conditions

We may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions.  We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.​

By placing an order/booking with North Shore Yard Cards, you agree to all policies stated above.

Rental Policy

• Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation. For the safety of everyone, please do not play on/around the greeting.
• Please do not remove/move any signs, including our advertising sign.  
• Please do not dispose of any signs.
• Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.
• If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), you may be invoiced for replacements.
• North Shore Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

• NSYC is not responsible for any personal or property injury incurred during installation, rental period and/or removal of our signs.
• Please do not dispose of any signs.
• Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.

• If signs or stakes are missing and/or damaged you will be invoiced for the cost to replace the materials
• North Shore Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

Refund Policy

• If you must cancel your booking, you may choose to receive 1/2 of the booking fee as a refund, or you may credit the full fee toward a future booking.
• In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund in this case.
• Refunds will not be given: if we are given the incorrect delivery address; ​the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; if we are denied access to a gated community; if animals prevent us from delivery or any circumstance that prevents us from delivery that are out of our control.
• A $35 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-setup a greeting at the correct address.  This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time/day to install.
